HRC Series gearboxes, designed for use in poultry feeding systems, stand out with their compact structure, quiet operation, and high efficiency. Thanks to their lightweight housing structure, they reduce the load on carrier systems while delivering reliable performance under long-term continuous operating conditions.

They are single-stage helical gearboxes with parallel input and output axes. 

The housing is designed with a rigid structure, providing resistance against vibration and deformation.

The output side can be offered with a shaft output.

System strength calculations are carried out in accordance with ISO, DIN, and NIEMANN standards.

The gearbox input option is suitable for PAM-type motor connection.

The housing is manufactured from ADC-12 aluminum die-cast material, which provides a balance of lightness and durability.

The gears are manufactured from forged steel and undergo heat treatment and grinding processes using 21NiCrMo2 case-hardening steel.

Thanks to high-quality bearings and sealing elements, maintenance needs are reduced and long service life is ensured.
