Design and Engineering Application requirements are determined (torque, speed, environmental conditions). 3D design is created using CAD/CAM software. Material selection and gear ratios are determined. |
Material Preparation High-strength steel alloys and cast housing materials are supplied. Material hardness tests are carried out before heat treatment.

Machining (CNC and Gear Production) Housings, shafts, and gears are machined with high precision on CNC machines. In gear production, tolerances for module, pressure angle, and surface roughness are checked. Gear surfaces are hardened through heat treatment (carburizing, induction, etc.). |
Surface Treatment and Cleaning Parts go through grinding, sandblasting, or coating processes. Before assembly, all parts are cleaned of oil, dust, and metal chips. |
