GENERAL FEATURES

MD series gearboxes, manufactured as parallel shaft, shaft-mounted units with either a hollow shaft or solid shaft output, are preferred especially in conveyor systems, drive units, and similar industrial applications due to their high efficiency and robustness. They facilitate system integration with their compact housing and wide range of connection options.  

They are helical gearboxes with parallel input and output axes.                              

The housing has a rigid structure that provides high strength.

System strength calculations are carried out in accordance with ISO, DIN, and NIEMANN standards.  

Different input options are available (motor coupled, IEC flanged, PAM, W type, servo motor connected, etc.).

Various output options are available, such as solid shaft, hollow shaft, and shrink disk.

Connection accessories include alternatives such as B5 flange, B14 flange, and rubber buffer types.

The housings can be manufactured from spheroidal graphite cast iron (GGG 40–50) or gray cast iron (GG 20–25), depending on the application requirements.  

Long service life and trouble-free operation are ensured with high-quality bearings and sealing elements.
