Payment by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card)

On our company’s website, payments can be made by credit card. During payment, the credit card number and the last 3 digits of the number on the back of the card are required. The cardholder’s name and surname must be entered in the same form exactly as written on the card. The credit card number provided is protected by RapidSSL CA, a globally accepted security system operating over SSL (Security Socket Layer). The security measure is operated by our company on a much stronger 128-bit system.

Important Note:

1. In accordance with Visa and Mastercard rules, and according to the decision taken by the Interbank Card Center (BKM), as of October 1, 2001, it has become mandatory for all companies performing Mail Order and Electronic Commerce transactions to obtain the CVV (security code) number from the cardholder. This method aims to protect both consumers and banks against possible risks. The CVV security code is the three-digit number located on the signature panel on the back of the credit card, to the right of the card number. If a transaction is made in an environment where the physical card is not present, the security code must be used. For this reason, during reservations, the three-digit CVV number will also be requested together with the credit card number used for payment. With the security code number application, we fully meet the requirements of national and international card acceptance rules, minimize all possible risks, and provide a safer shopping environment.

2. Dear guest, during your purchase through our online payment system, depending on your internet connection and the status of your internet browser, there is a very small possibility that different figures may appear in the payable amount section. In such cases, the issue is immediately identified, and in case of overpayments, the difference is refunded to you exactly; in case of underpayments, the difference is requested.
