GENERAL FEATURES

These special agricultural gearboxes, designed for use in grass collection machines, provide reliable solutions for applications requiring uninterrupted power transmission and high structural durability. Thanks to their robust housing and standard shaft connections, they operate in full compatibility with agricultural machinery.

They are gearboxes with a 90° angle between the input and output axes.                       

The housing is manufactured from high-strength one-piece gray cast iron (GG 20-25).

The input and output shafts are offered with profile options such as 1, 3, Z6, etc., in compliance with standards.

The housing has a rigid structure and is resistant to vibration and impacts.  

System strength calculations are carried out in accordance with ISO, DIN, and NIEMANN standards.

Long service life and maintenance-free operation are ensured with high-quality bearings and sealing elements.

It provides high performance and reliability under heavy working conditions.

Special shaft lengths, mounting positions, and connection options can be offered according to customer requirements.
