Our company’s foot-mounted and flange-mounted helical gearbox series is safely used in various industrial applications with its high performance, durability, and flexible mounting options. The key general features of the series are listed below:
The housing structure is designed as monoblock (single-piece), providing high rigidity and sealing performance.
With 2-stage and 3-stage version options, it can serve a wide torque range.
Thanks to its helical gear structure with input and output shafts on the same axis, it offers quiet and efficient operation.
With foot-mounted and flange-mounted housing options, it easily adapts to different mounting configurations.
Input connections can be provided as motor-coupled, IEC flanged, PAM, W type, or servo motor connected.
Cast iron (GG 20–25) is used as the housing material.
Long service life and trouble-free operation are ensured with high-quality bearings and sealing elements.
System strength calculations are carried out in accordance with ISO, DIN, and NIEMANN standards.
Thanks to its modular design, options such as customer-specific shaft output, flange structure, or brake integration can be offered.
