GENERAL FEATURES

Our company’s foot-mounted and flange-mounted helical gearbox series, the AT Series, is safely used in various industrial applications with its high performance, durability, and flexible mounting options. The key general features of the series are listed below:

The housing structure is designed as monoblock (single-piece), providing high rigidity and sealing performance.             

With 2-stage and 3-stage version options, it can serve a wide torque range.

Thanks to its helical gear structure with input and output shafts on the same axis, it offers quiet and efficient operation.

With foot-mounted and flange-mounted housing options, it easily adapts to different mounting configurations.

Input connections can be provided as motor-coupled, IEC flanged, PAM, W type, or servo motor connected.

Cast iron (GG 20–25) is used as the housing material.

Long service life and trouble-free operation are ensured with high-quality bearings and sealing elements.

System strength calculations are carried out in accordance with ISO, DIN, and NIEMANN standards.

Thanks to its modular design, options such as customer-specific shaft output, flange structure, or brake integration can be offered.
