K Series helical gear reducers offer high efficiency, compact dimensions, and reliable operation under heavy loads thanks to their structure in which the input and output shafts are positioned on parallel axes. They are widely preferred in industrial systems, especially in applications requiring high torque and low speed.
They are helical gear reducers with input and output shafts positioned on parallel axes.
Foot-mounted, flange-connected, or torque arm platform-mounted housing options are available.
With their rigid and durable housing structure, they provide high performance under heavy-duty conditions.
They deliver trouble-free performance in processes requiring high torque and under continuous operating conditions.
Strength and gear life calculations are carried out in accordance with ISO, DIN, and NIEMANN standards.
Input connections are available with different options such as IEC flanged motor connection, W-type reducer input, and motor-coupled design.
Input connections are available with different options such as IEC flanged motor connection, W-type reducer input, and motor-coupled design.
Connection options include flanges suitable for different mounting positions and torque arm connection platforms.
The housings are manufactured from spheroidal graphite cast iron (GGG 40–50).
The gears are made of forged steel and are subjected to heat treatment and grinding using 21NiCrMo2 case-hardening steel.
The bearings and sealing elements are of high quality and provide a long service life.
Lubrication and sealing systems are optimized for demanding operating conditions.
