GENERAL FEATURES

Our generator gearbox series for agricultural applications is designed to transmit the motion received from the tractor power take-off (PTO) to the generator efficiently and reliably. Providing long service life under harsh field conditions, high mechanical strength, and optimum power transmission, this series offers an ideal solution for agricultural energy needs. Thanks to its compact structure and different connection options, it can be used compatibly with various tractor and generator systems.          

The housing structure is designed as monoblock (single-piece), providing high rigidity and sealing performance.                               

They are helical gear reducers with parallel input and output axes.  

The tractor power take-off is used as the drive source.   

With foot-mounted and flange-mounted housing options, it easily adapts to different mounting configurations.    

Cast iron (GG 20–25) is used as the housing material.   

Long service life and trouble-free operation are ensured with high-quality bearings and sealing elements.    

System strength calculations are carried out in accordance with ISO, DIN, and NIEMANN standards.        

Thanks to its modular design, options such as customer-specific shaft output, flange structure, or brake integration can be offered.
