RMT Series gearboxes are designed for systems requiring high torque transmission, especially in demanding applications such as elevator conveyor systems and chain- and belt-pulley-driven applications. With their compact structure, ease of installation, and maintenance accessibility, they are confidently preferred in industrial operations.
The input and output shafts are parallel-axis and feature a helical gear design.
The housing structure is rigid, and thanks to its two-piece design, it provides ease of maintenance and service.
It offers advantages especially for use in narrow spaces and fixed drive systems.
The drive is provided through a free input shaft.
Different options are available on the output side, such as hollow shaft and taper clamping (shrink disk).
Installation can be carried out easily and safely with the help of a torque arm.
System design and strength calculations are carried out in accordance with ISO, DIN, and NIEMANN standards.
System strength calculations are carried out in accordance with ISO, DIN, and NIEMANN standards.
High-strength spheroidal graphite cast iron (GGG 40–50) and gray cast iron (GG 20–25) are used as housing materials.
The gears are manufactured from forged steel and are heat treated using 21NiCrMo2 case-hardening steel.
