Our planetary gearbox series is particularly preferred in heavy-duty applications thanks to its compact structure, high torque capacity, and installation advantages suitable for limited spaces. It delivers reliable performance in systems requiring continuous operation and high torque, such as feed mixer machines. The key general features of our series are presented below:
Thanks to its planetary gear structure, high power density and efficiency are achieved.
Its compact housing structure provides easy installation in limited spaces.
A very wide speed and torque range can be achieved with gear combinations from 1 to 4 stages.
The maximum torque value can reach up to 1,000,000 Nm, making it suitable for heavy-duty applications.
It is designed to withstand continuous operating conditions in feed mixer machines and meets high torque requirements.
Cast iron (GG 20–25) is used as the housing material.
Input connections can be provided as motor-coupled, IEC flanged, hydraulic motor compatible, or with a special adapter.
Output connections can be preferred as internal splined, solid shaft, flanged, or compatible with pinion gear.
Thanks to its modular design, options such as customer-specific shaft output, flange structure, or brake integration can be offered.
Long maintenance intervals and safe operation are ensured thanks to high-quality bearings and sealing elements.
Cooling and lubrication systems are optimized by considering operating conditions.
Production is carried out with design and strength calculations in accordance with ISO, DIN, and NIEMANN standards.
According to customer requirements, special mounting flanges, brake systems, shaft configurations, and surface coatings can be applied.
