PYK Series planetary feed mixer gearboxes, developed for cattle and small ruminant livestock operations, deliver reliable performance under operating conditions requiring high torque and durability in horizontal, vertical, and inclined TMR systems. These gearboxes provide stable operation under heavy and variable loads and offer flexibility in system design with their wide ratio range.
They are planetary gearboxes with coaxial, parallel-axis, or 90° angle axis input and output configurations.
They can be directly integrated into the machine chassis with housing-mounted installation connections.
Thanks to their rigid housing structure, they are resistant to heavy impacts and sudden load changes.
System strength calculations are carried out in accordance with ISO, DIN, and NIEMANN standards.
Different input connection options such as PAM, W type, gearbox, and direction changer can be provided.
Output options include alternatives such as shaft output and sliding connection in DIN form.
The housings can be manufactured from spheroidal graphite cast iron (GGG 40–50) or gray cast iron (GG 20–25), depending on operating conditions.
The gears are manufactured from forged steel and undergo heat treatment and grinding processes using 21NiCrMo2 case-hardening steel.
Long service life and low-maintenance operation are ensured with high-quality bearings and sealing elements.
