Solar Tracker series worm gear reducers, specially developed for the solar tracking gearbox sector, stand out with their quiet operation, compact structure, and modern housing designs. Thanks to their light weight and high thermal conductivity, they provide safe drive performance in limited spaces.
They are worm gear reducers with input and output shafts positioned at a 90° angle.
Both foot-mounted installation and flange connection are supported with a single housing design.
The housing structure is rigid and has a special design suitable for heat transfer.
System strength and service life calculations are carried out in accordance with ISO, DIN, and NIEMANN standards.
Different input connection options are available (PAM B5, PAM B14, motor-coupled, etc.).
Various output options are available, such as shaft output and hollow shaft.
For mounting compatibility, different connection accessories such as B5 flange, B14 flange, and torque arm can be used.
Worm shafts are manufactured from 16MnCr5 case-hardening steel, which is a quenched and tempered steel, and are subjected to heat treatment.
Worm wheels are manufactured from CuSn12Ni-C bronze material with high wear resistance.
As housing material, ADC-12 aluminum injection is preferred up to size 90, while gray cast iron (GG 20–25) is used for larger housings.
Long service life and low-maintenance operation are ensured with high-quality bearings and sealing elements.
